In 2024, I experienced the profound loss of my beloved spouse. Before that experience, I had never participated in counseling or a grief recovery program. When my church offered a Grief Recovery support program, I decided to attend, and it changed my life.
I learned how to process my emotions, address the pain of my loss, and take meaningful steps toward healing. That journey inspired me to become a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist, and now I have the privilege of helping others heal and move forward.
